Garrett Pettie grew up in the small northern town of Fraser Lake, BC. Following in his mother's footsteps, he took his barber training in 2001 at Malaspina College, Nanaimo, then furthered his education with a hairstyling diploma in 2004.
Since then Garrett has worked in various salons and barber shops before realizing that barbering is his true passion. He works hard to make men look their finest with fashionable cuts and classic straight razor shaves. Garrett has been working at JD's Barbershop for the past 3 years in their Gastown location as well as at the Vancouver Club.
