This kind of journey requires full engagement & risk taking on the part of both client and coach.
As far back as I can remember, I have been in a leadership role, which I believe comes from my upbringing of always looking for something to do on the 265-acre dairy farm, where I was raised, creating my curiosity.
I found myself to be a 360-degree leader in any position I held, or business I created, or individuals I managed which soon became a staple of my growth.
With a background in successful Small Businesses, Human Recourse Management, Union and Non-Union Environments, Conflict Resolutions and the love and curiosity for people, gave me the title of Workplace Solutions Specialist.
Some of the teams or individuals I have coached include; Human Resources Professionals Association, Jim Pattison Groups, Toyota Canada, BC Fairs Association, BC School Districts, 4-H Canada, Nuuchahnulth Tribal Council and more.
