Joe learned to start landscaping from a team of professionals, and learned what it takes to operate a successful operation. Joe started Black Dog in memories of his black dog George, to always remember and never be forgotten. Joe has said on numerous occasions that his sole goal isn’t to make it rich, it’s to build a successful team, to create a family environment within the organization.
