On April 1, 2011, Huu-ay-aht First Nations (HFN) became self-governing. To separate business from politics, the nation implemented a corporate structure that included the creation of a number of arms-length limited partnerships. These limited partnerships are collectively referred to as the HFN Group of Businesses.
