Did you know last year our Rotary Club of Port Alberni Arrowsmith put up over 110 banners on Argyle Street?! Areas included Harbour Quay & Centennial Pier, spreading 2 blocks North on 3rd. We are hoping for the same amount of painted banners this year! Details on poster above.
