RCMP Federal Policing Prevention and Engagement unit (FPPE) and the Bank of Canada currency department will offer presentations.
The Bank's presentation will look at understanding Canadian / US currency and what security features they hold.
The RCMP's FPPE Financial Integrity will look at how criminals are reaching out to victims and the top frauds to watch out for. Canadians are being victimized through increasingly sophisticated scams, learn what to do and how to spot a scam so you don’t become a victim!
