At Coastal Community, our employees are our greatest strength. They are the ones to help our members and clients improve their financial health so they can achieve their goals and dreams. Coastal Community works to build a culture of leadership and innovation by providing opportunities for our employees to pursue both internal and external education and training. Our employees love our island communities because they live, work and play here. As an organization it’s important that we find ways to support their volunteer efforts for causes they’re passionate about, whether it be to help with a beach clean-up, coach their children’s sports teams or by sharing their knowledge and expertise by sitting on a board for a local not-for profit organization.
